Contractor Rules & Regulations

Regions Center requires that construction contractors observe certain Rules and Regulations while working in Regions Center.  We strive to provide a professional business environment for our tenants and visitors, so we have developed these procedures in an effort to maintain cleanliness and order at the property, to reduce disruptions to our tenants, and to protect elevators and floor/wall finishes from damage. 

A copy of the current Contractor Rules and Regulations are available on the property website under Tenant Forms or you may obtain a hard copy of this form from the property management office.  Please print and furnish a copy of the Contractor Rules and Regulations to your contractor and instruct them to post these in a conspicuous location on the job site.
