Mail Service & Package Delivery
U.S. Mail
Regions Center has an on-site Mail Room that is operated by the U.S. POSTAL SERVICE®. It is located in the Regions Tower lobby adjacent to the high-rise elevator lobby. The mail room is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week for your use. Postal services at this facility are limited to mail pickup and delivery. Stamps are not currently available. Mail is generally delivered before 10:30 a.m. and collected at approximately 4:45 p.m. daily except Sundays and Federal holidays.
Each tenant is assigned a mailbox prior to move-in and is provided with two mailbox keys. Additional or replacement keys must be acquired for an additional charge through the property management office as these mailbox locks are on a restricted key way, preventing the duplication of the keys.
For delivery to your assigned box, mail should be addressed as follows:

Questions and concerns regarding mail delivery should be directed to the Route Foreman for downtown Shreveport who is located at the Milam Street station.
Express Mail
Express mail service boxes for UPS® and FEDEX® are also located in the Mail Room along with envelopes, boxes and labels. Please refer to the posted pick-up times.
Package Deliveries
Special procedures have been established concerning the delivery of packages and express mail envelopes after normal hours. The security guards located at the Atrium security console are not permitted to sign for and hold package deliveries for tenants at any time. However, if your company is expecting a delivery after hours, and someone for your company will be on hand to sign for the package, then the security officers are permitted to contact them to come to the security console and sign for the package. Please communicate the contact person's name and telephone number to the security console in advance.
