Pest Control Service
Regions Center furnishes professional treatment for pests. Pest control service is provided by ANTI-PEST CO. INC.®, a locally owned, experienced company that has been in business since 1950 and which has serviced Regions Center since 1986. With an office near downtown, Anti-Pest Co., Inc. is able to respond quickly to problem calls as well as provide the scheduled monthly service so important to effective pest control. Common Areas
Regions Center provides monthly pest control treatment for ants, roaches, and mice in the common areas of the property, which include:
- Public restrooms;
- Electrical rooms;
- Janitorial closets;
- Basement areas;
- Loading dock.
Tenant Areas
Regions Center provides spot treatment on a problem call basis for ants, roaches, and mice in the tenant areas of the property. In some instances, however, tenants with serious pest control problems may need to contract directly with a pest control service for regular monthly treatments. Some of the causes of pests in tenant areas are:
- Food and beverages being left out or open in kitchens and;
- Food being stored improperly in desk drawers;
- Crumbs in and around desks;
- Water in planters attracts ants, roaches and gnats.
