Locks & Keys

Each Regions Center tenant is provided, at no additional cost, two keys to each lock set prior to move-in. 

A fee will be charged to replace lost keys or to make additional keys (contact the property management office for the current cost).  Use the on-line work order system to request replacement keys or additional keys. 

For security reasons, keys should only be made by Regions Center maintenance.

Upon lease termination, all keys should be promptly returned to the property management office.
