Reminder:Request overtime air by 3:00 pm on the day required, by 3:00 pm on Friday for weekends, and by 3:00 pm the day before a Building Holiday. A fee of $120 will be charged if a technician must return to the property after these deadlines.
Heating & Air Conditioning
Regions Center provides heating and air conditioning, at no additional charge, during normal hours, which are defined as 7:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. on Saturday.
Heating and air conditioning provided by tenant request after normal hours or on Building Holidays will be charged to the requesting tenant on the next rent statement. The current charge for overtime air conditioning and heating is $26.00 per hour.
To request overtime air, submit a work order using the on-line work order system by no later than 3:00 pm on the day required, by 3:00 p.m. on Friday for weekend service, and by 3:00 p.m. on the day prior to a Building Holiday.
An additional charge of $120 will be assessed should a technician be required to return to the property to respond to a request for overtime air conditioning made after the above notification deadlines.
