Access Schedules

The entrance doors, elevators and stairwells are secured after normal hours and at other times as needed.  This affords protection for you and the property because it requires an unauthorized person to penetrate three layers of access control to move about the property.   See the Access System section for information on how to use your access card. 

Entrance Door Access

Entrance door opening and closing times at Regions Center vary based on the location of the entrance door and other security considerations.  The doors are open/unsecured during the times listed below.  At all other times, the doors are secured and an access card will be required to enter the building.

Passenger Elevator Access 

Elevator access to the floors vary based on tenant security requirements.  The elevators are unsecured during the times listed below.  At all other times, the elevators are secured and an access card will be required in order to use the elevator.  Note that the service elevator is secured at all times and therefore requires an access card to be used at all times.

Service Elevator Access

Because the Service Elevator serves all floors of Regions Tower, it is secured at all times and therefore requires an access card to be used at all times.  Contractors and others requiring the use of the service elevator can check out an access card at the Atrium security console.

Stairwells

In addition to the elevator and building entrances, the stairwell doors in Regions Center are controlled.  All stairwell doors in Regions Building and Regions Tower are locked for re-entry except at the times listed below.  All stairwell doors automatically unlock in the event of a fire alarm.
