Parking

Operating Hours 

Monthly parkers have 24-hour parking availability through the use of their access cards.  Visitor parking hours are 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. 

Visitor Parking

Limited visitor parking is available on Levels 4 through 6. Tenant visitors will be required to take a time-stamped ticket and pay the ticket machine when leaving the parking garage.  The machines are located at the Market Street exits. Visitor parking rates are $2.00 for the first 30 minutes and $1.00 for each 30 minutes thereafter. 

Validation Program

A ticket validation program is available for companies who desire to pay for their visitor’s parking.  The visitor simply brings the ticket to the tenant in which they are visiting.  In return, the tenant will validate the parking ticket for the visitor.  Once the visitor leaves, they will scan the ticket at the exit (free of charge). 

Lease Contract Parking

This is long term parking that is based on the allowances and rates outlined in each tenant’s lease agreement.  Please refer to the parking provision of your company’s lease agreement.

Monthly Contract Parking

This is short term (month-to-month) parking that is available on a limited basis to companies and individuals who reside in Regions Center.  Non-reserved monthly contract parking is available on a space-available basis on Levels 4 through 6.   Current rates are $80.00 per month, covered.   To request Monthly Contract Parking, please go to the Tenant Parking page of this website where you can sign up for parking on-line using the provided link.

Access Cards

Contract parkers will be issued access cards to allow for 24-hour parking availability.  These cards need only to be placed in the proximity of the card readers.  Allow a moment for the card reader to process the code and activate the gate.  The gate automatically lowers after your vehicle leaves the gate.  

Speed Limit

The speed limit throughout the garage is 5 MPH.   For your safety and the safety of others, please adhere to the speed limit.

Roof Top Violators

The parking garage access system identifies individuals who pay for roof parking but park on other covered levels.  Roof top violators will be charged $6.00 that given day.  Continued violations may result in loss of parking privileges.

Restricted Parking 

The bank’s Reserved Customer Parking area on Level 2 is strictly for in-and-out bank customers.  Spaces throughout the Parking Garage marked with “Reserved” signage are assigned to individuals and are for use by that individual only.  Handicapped spaces are for use by vehicles with handicapped license plates or tags.  Unauthorized parking in these areas may result in vehicle immobilization and a $25.00 service fee.  Some spaces are marked for "Compact Vehicles Only" due to space limitations - please do not park large vehicles in these spaces.

Card Passback

Parkers are restricted from using their access card to open the gate for anyone else.  This procedure, called "card passback" is not permitted and can result in loss of parking privileges.
